There are 2 ways to do this: - Order through our online shop @ elizabethashleigh0.wixsite.com/joel-btea - Order through my Instagram page @ www.instagram.com/joels.btea/ All orders must be made at least five (5) days before intended pick-up date.

We do not ship. Our bubble teas are best when consumed on the same day they are made. The logistical problems getting the cakes to arrive fresh and undamaged have simply proved to be too difficult to solve.

How nice! You can do so by ordering online. At checkout, do remember to indicate where you want the bubble tea or cakes to be delivered. When we receive your order, we will call you to confirm the delivery address.

At Joel's BTea.com, we accept cash, online trasnfer, debit.credit card, Sarawak Pay and BOOST. Do note however that we accept cash only for over-the-counter transactions.

If any consumption problem do occur, do contact us via these two ways. 1) Our main office line at +6 082 223 445. We are open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm. or 2) Visit our online shop @ elizabethashleigh0.wixsite.com/joel-btea/contact to submit your concern. We will attend to your inquiries as soon as we can!
